Rally provides multi-discipline engineering support to a refinery in Sarnia, Ontario. To date, Rally has delivered front-end engineering studies and detailed engineering services in support of a portfolio of asset upgrade projects within the facility.

MCC Bucket Upgrade

Rally completed a detailed engineering work package (EWP) for upgrading the existing motor control center (MCC) buckets, along with the specification and design of the new SCADA system within each MCC section.

Building System Studies

Admin HVAC Study
Rally reviewed the existing administration building HVAC systems, completed detailed analyses and calculations, and prepared an engineering report outlining recommendations for system improvement.

Laboratory HVAC Study
Rally reviewed the existing laboratory building HVAC systems, completed detailed analyses and calculations, and prepared an engineering report outlining recommendations for system improvement.

Admin & Lab Building Siting Plan
Rally provided engineering / architectural support for a facility siting plan that investigated options for building a new consolidated administration and laboratory building at a Sarnia refinery.
